I need to know if anyone else has had this problem.  I set up my employee with tax preparer user access. She is unable to print returns and is not being allowed to e-file returns.  She keeps getting a message that she does not have a fast path license.  I have walked her through both print setups and licensing.

Can someone make a suggestion?

Assuming shes been added to your account and the program was downloaded through your Intuit account

Tools > License Products
