@IRonMaN is correct. For Georgia on the attach PDF screen, select "OS Tax Return" for Type. The description "Other State Tax Return" will populate in the Form/Schedule and Description field.
On the Georgia Information worksheet in the "Electronic PDF Attachments" table the description should show "Other State Tax Return" and the name of the file you attached.

When you attached it, did you tag it as "other state return" in the attachment process?
