Box 12 Code C (GTL in excess of $50k) is showing up in OTHER ADJUSTMENTS to INCOME SMART WORKSHEET as "Contributions to Section 501(c)(18)(D) Pension Plans"  Which is NOT Correct.  Also STATE FORM is picking this up.

Called INTUIT, the magnifying glass pointed to the WRONG W2.  The OTHER W2 had CODE H which is 501(c)(18)(D) Pension Plan with THE EXACT SAME $$$

What exactly is your question?

GTL in excess of $50k is included as compensation and subject to FICA.  Code C on the W-2 is only for information reporting purposes and would not need to be separately added back to Line 7.

According to Knowledge Base Article, Code C should NOT appear on TAX RETURN.  However it's showing under "Other Adjustments to Income"

Where do you see "other adjustments to income"?  Which line is it appearing on?  I just added the Code C to a W2 and Im not seeing that figure appear anywhere on the return.

That's what I'd think.  Looks like the OP or someone else recommended the answer that there's a bug in PS.  Would really confuse others if this is not true.

I just had 2 on Friday with a Code C....I'll have to go back and check and see if this is something new since the last update maybe....I know I checked it 5 days ago.
