I see from prior posts that this problem occurred for 2021. 2022. Now 2023! The solution wasn't posted. (The solution is NOT 'oh here, you can transfer from prior year.')
Since that also is curiously blank. So I'm entering new fees in the tools/billing/rates per form, accessible only when within a client return, then save it. I open it again, take a look, the list is blank!
Proseries, what's the problem and what's the solution?
Also, what data file contains this information. SHRFRM23? Wanting to make a copy to save in case.
