If you chose to download/.install OR, it should appear in your list of state when you hit the ST button on the toolbar when youre in a clients federal return.  Maybe it downloaded but hasnt installed yet?  You may have to close the program and re-start for the installation to complete?

I have restarted and tried to update many times.  I still don't have Oregon listed.

Do all your other states appear in the list?   Im sure there are still a few that aren't available yet, but OR appears to be ready and available.

Go up to Update > Select and Download New Products and make sure youve got a check in the box for OR under the 1040 in the window, just in case you accidently checked OK by mistake.
