I have newly updated email and mobile number in intuit account for 2023, but when I installed 2019 proseries with new credentials it is not working, please confirm on this
What if you click on > Tools > License Products
Please confirm what "not working" means. You can't open the software or some other problem?
I'll bet the proverbial shiny some kind of coin that it is "Unable to Validate ...."
