Client wants the estimated EFT tax payment withdrawal date to be on January 10th instead of January 16th default date.  I did not see any way to change the date in Proseries.

You can try calling the IRS to see if you can get it changed.  But this is why I don't use the software to setup estimate payments.  Clients change their minds and bank accounts and then they make their issue become our problem.  I give my clients estimate vouchers.  They can either write a check or make the payments electronically themselves.  No fuss, no muss.

No.  But you can call the number on the 8879 and cancel that scheduled payment, then use IRS Direct Pay to schedule a new payment on the date of your choosing.
