I just bought $425 proseries and cannot figure out how to download. This is infuriating!!!

Do you have an Intuit Login and Password to log into your Intuit account and download the software?
Choose ProSeries and you should be able to log in and download the software.

Yes, and when I log in my prduct is not listed, when I got to add the proseries product it says my account does not have any valid products
