On final tax report two categories appear:gross wages and Federal Txble Wages. I believe I can deduct the Gross wages but please verify.

Im not sure what a "final tax report" is or where that comes from. Do you have the W3/W2s?
The final tax report is from ADP. On it appears Gross Wages paid and a separate category of Federal
Taxable wages which comes from the W-3. The Gross Wages payable is the larger amount. Which can I use as a business deduction for wages paid?
Sounds like there may be a retirement deferral in play.
Gross is what you're actually paying.
