Hi has anyone encountered this error before on Intuit Link Accountants Webpage when trying to individually download clients documents?

I tried on a Mac Chrome, Thinkpad Chrome and Edge, Dell Chrome and Edge. Also all in incognito mode. Still the same error. Any help would be grateful. Past 2 days now with the same error
