I know the Client Presentation uses Microsoft Excel.  When I google that error, I see this:

Microsoft Corporation problems with Excel Error 0X800Ac472 most often stem from a corrupt or missing Microsoft Excel file. Downloading and replacing your Microsoft Corporation file can fix the problem in most cases.

So it appears youve got something in your Microsoft Excel application that's creating the issue.
