I recently purchased a new computer running Windows 11. I backed up my client data from my old PC. I downloaded and installed ProSeries Professional on the new PC and restored my clients to the new installation. The client tax files along with my e-signature files were all restored. What was not restored was the e-file data center which is blank. How do I restore the e-file center data?

Highlight the list of clients, then instead of Receive Acknowledgements use Update Acks of Selected Returns, that will pull all the EF data back in.

Unfortunately, that did nothing. On my EF Center, I have clients in my All tab, Pending tab and eSignature tab. However, my Accepted tab is blank even though I e-filed over 400 tax returns through April 2023.
