Instructions say to send form w-2c and W-3c to SS administration. Do i send any copies elsewhere?
Does the IRS also get a copy. I already provided employer and employee with copies. This is my first W-2C prepared. Any advise would be helpful.
The originals only went to SSA, I would think the corrected ones go to the same place.
Original W-2's are never sent to the IRS, so I think just the SSA is the way to go.
edit... @Just-Lisa-Now- Jinx. Except it took four minutes for your response to show up. I can go get a cup of coffee in-between postings on this site.
Officially, no answer is official here unless you get three people to agree on an answer. So officially, I am making this answer official ------------ send them to the SSA.

I don't suppose the instructions to W2C would include the address? That would be too easy.
