This is CCH: "How can the Maryland Form 504 be electronically filed in a 1041 return? MD fiduciary returns will be available for e-file as of the 2022.03040 release. This is new for 2022, prior years are not e-fileable."

Just because MD allows it, doesn't mean Intuit offers it.   

If its new for 2022, I wouldn't expect Intuit to offer it for at least a few years.
