In 2019, the IRS changed the title of the Form 8858, Information Return of U.S. Persons With Respect To Foreign Disregarded Entities (FDE) to Information Return of U.S. Persons With Respect to Foreign Disregarded Entities (FDEs) and Foreign Branches (FBs). This requires EVERY foreign resident return with a Schedule C or rental activity to file form 8858.

WHEN WILL PROSERIES ADD THIS FORM?

I believe it is set to be released the day after the 5227 is released in January, 2525.

Yes please hear hear, the manual preparation is really not necessary & you have the 5471 which is already far more complicated, its really quite a simple form
