If eSignature fails authentication, does the reminder allow the client to try again?
If the taxpayer fails to login, they can retry at a later time via the original email.
The reminder sends a new email to the taxpayer, reminding them that they still have a pending request.
If spouse failed to authenticate, does this mean the taxpayer can't esign?
Both the taxpayer and spouse need to sign the return before efiling.
