No.    2022 info carries to 2023 - if it's not there in 2022 - it's not there in 2023. 

You don't say why it was removed. Was the business closed in 2022 and reopened in 2023? Is this a Sch C for a different business?

Either way, you will have to create a new Sch C. If any of the depreciated items apply, make adjustments on the new Sch C.
