Don't we have schedule B form 1116 (Foreign tax carryover reconciliation schedule) in the ProSeries Basic ?

I got IRS reject message 'form 1116 schedule B' must be attached when I efile since form 1116'foreign tax Crcarryback or Overamt' has a non-zero value.
