I have had many clients with the K-3 box checked on their K-1 forms. After contacting multiple financial institutions, they stated K-3 forms would be issued by 6/30/23. However, most clients will not receive one even though it is checked. I simply unchecked the K-3 box, allowing me to continue filing the return.
