Proseries does work with a signature pad, so clients can esign in person, is that what youre asking?

I’m always astounded by all the posts, issues, and the cost of collecting signatures on an 8879…. I have never had a complaint telling a client to sign the forms and return with the fee. 100% cooperation. I keep the 8879 in the client file. Am i missing something?
