Doing an individual resident of Denver Colorado. Their w2 has Denver Locality wages and local income tax withheld. Proseries does not support the local tax return. What resource is being used to calculate the local tax return?

Do they need to file one? Google Denver tax authority or similar.
Frequently if the W-2 withholding is correct, local tax return is not required. (Not valid in PA).
The more I know the more I don’t know.
