I was trying to efile client return for tax year 2022, he is abroad, Proseries said it cannot be efile because return with EIC and with a foreign country, it is an error and for me to uncheck efile, print out and mail.

Is your client living abroad permanently? Does he have a US address?
hi, He lives there permanently, has US income. I E filed for him last year.

Beats me but, I wouldn't put it past Lieden administration to have made a change in the tax law that prevents efiling.
Have you verified that all the information input is the same as last year? Have you researched the reject code? Any clues there?
Is your client a US citizen, did he have foreign income. Have you checked all the rules for the EITC
