Assuming you're a professional tax preparer using ProSeries software like it says at the top of your post.....Look at Page 2 of the Form 9325 that was included with your clients accepted tax return for the phone number to call to cancel a scheduled EWF transfer, then you can reschedule it using the IRS Direct Pay website.
