FWIW I dont enter the ones that show as "Reimbursed" I just reduce their total medical expenses by that reimbursed amount...if it shows Per Diem, they didn't necessarily spend it all on medical costs, so the 8853 may be needed.

Did you try the "Where Do I Enter"  function?   It worked for me.
