in MA (Massachusetts) program if I enter amount to PFML then says unemployment amount withheld can not be 0. In other words client had tax withheld but only option is unemployment, it will not carry the tax withheld unless a number in the unemployment box. Seems like a program error to please be fixed.

workaround: enter the amount on the taxes paid page with a refer 1099G and EIN information.
