We have a new employee who is set up as a ProSeries Admin with Admin privileges in the User Management.  She gets the error that to add a client password that she must enter a primary password.  Under Tools -> Options -> Passwords, the Passwords option/menu does not exist for her.   It shows up on mine just fine.  I am the primary admin with no primary password set.  Others in the firm are able to use passwords just fine. Any idea why?
