I want to send a Proseries client checklist via email to both spouses. However, unless I send it manually as a PDF attachment, it only sends the automated email to the first taxpayer. I want to send it to both because often the secondary taxpayer is the one who handles the tax info. Is there a setting that allows me to send the email to both spouses rather than just one?

1.Print to file and then send the pdf to as many people as you like
2. Print to paper and try the USPS
3.Create 2 MFS files and send an organizer to each as you described or
4. #3 via Intuit link

Thank you for the response. I appreciate your thorough list. It seems as I thought that only workarounds exist. Would be nice to have a tax matters person to click. Would be much more efficient and simple to implement. I was hoping there was something that I missed.

Change the TP's email to be the Spouse's instead.

Just don't want to do that because they are entered correctly for e-signatures.Will definitely go a workaround route, even though Intuit could easily make it where I didn't have to waste time doing that. Thanks for giving good input. Much appreciated.
