Why is there an error on the WI Form 5S near the top of page 1 the line is "Total number of shareholders"? The error says there number must be at least 2.

So you can't file a Partnership return with only 1 Partner or Member?

An update for the Wisconsin 5S should be available for download that should resolve your issue. I am glad you spotted it so we could resolve this early before too many users had to deal with the same problem.
