I am a sole CPA with no employees. I downloaded the 2020 Pro Series program and tried to open it but got a message that I needed permission from the firm administrator. I am the firm administrator. How do I open the program?

I had that happen recently with the 2021 program. I rebooted my computer and the problem was solved.
