Hi,

The amount report in box 1b (Proceeds, cost) is an actual asset when separating assets in a divorce? It shows 73 millions of total transactions.

That would be what the stocks sold for. Why are you separating assets in a divorce? That's what their attorneys get paid for.

Separating assets is not a taxable event. Selling them is.
