I have a new client that filed 2021 with me. She now needs 2020 & 2019 amended. Is there a way to export back to the previous year? I know how to do the transfers and exports for the new upcoming year just don't know if the reverse is possible. I tried it but there are limited choices in my dropdown.

Nope... not possible. Unfortunately as there are times it would be handy.
I suggest re-creating 2019, to amend. Then you can roll it to 2020, fine tune to match what was filed, and then amend.
