I'm trying to file a return with an EFW and the "Balance due amount from return" is not automatically calculating. It's only happening with one client; I've been successful with others. Anyone else having this issue?

You're sure you have the return marked for EFile?

Never had an issue like that, but try restarting computer, then try again. Be sure you have it marked for efile, there is a balance due, and box for electronic funds withdrawal is checked

I wouldn't waste time fighting with the system. If you are only having an issue with one client either have them mail in a check or go to direct pay on the IRS website.
