Client purchased a PERSONAL vehicle for $5,500 and sold it for $8,000; I cannot find a way to enter the capital gain in ProSeries 21

It goes on Form 8949/Schedule D.

You can use the 1099-B worksheet to enter the information (even though there is not a 1099-B).
