May we add Canada non-resident pensions on form NR4 to the 1040?

Client is a US citizen but receives an annual NR4 pension form from Canada that needs to be reported on 1040. Where do I input? Thank you
If a government pension I believe you report it same as Social Security. You should read up on the US/Can treaty
