Hello, does anyone know how to file 83b election in Proseries Basic? If I create an Employee Stock Wks, it creates a capital gain sale. Client did not sell stock yet.
Also there's no W-2. Price per share is $0
There's no form for an 83(b) election. Does ProSeries have the ability to create a statement, where you just type it up?
Don't know if basic has it, but ProSeries Pro has 83 (b) statement. Just type in 83 at the green ? on top menu
