Good to know it's perfectly fine to talk about Bananas in this tax forum but complaining about all of the ITA carp is forbidden. But maybe it was the misspelling of the word carp that the moderators didn't like in Jeff's post. Or maybe we can only complain with fish names that start with a B.
I'm probably missing a bass-load of legitimate questions because ITA fills up the front page and I'm too lazy to deal with the bass-inine navigation on pages 2+.

TGB, I need a direct email, please
Bill, I have my second F3115 on a sold rental EVER, and I need to know which DCN to use. Please help.

My thought -- file Form 3115 to correct the missing depreciation expenses
AND add them to the suspended PALs. Is this ok?
Yes.
No, the §481 adjustment from Form 3115 will go on Schedule E as an "other" deduction.
