If I can add, do I also need to add the capability of doing a K-1 for the Form 1041 or does that come with it?

You need to log into your Intuit Online account and download/install ProSeries professional. 

You can prepare/file 1041 returns on a Pay Per return basis with Professional..  The 1041 return will generate K-1 forms for the beneficiaries if needed.
