Employer is qualified for year 2020 on the erc. (Did not receive a ppp loan during 2020)
Question is do we file a 941x.
What other documentation do we have to include when sending the 941x.

Yes you can ask us.
I'm not sure that any documentation needs to be sent with the 941X. See the form instructions and go to irs.gov and look at the ERC info.
However, all documentation should be kept on file. IRS has started auditing these refund claims.
