If you want our help (fellow users), you should provide the exact situation you are asking about with as much detail as possible, and what exact you are trying to figure out.
I reached up to CUSTOMER NO SERVICE! they will not answer questions in regards to their software for 2018. This is the first year of QBI deduction and it doesn't appear the entry on the worksheet is carrying over to the return.
Click the green "Where do I enter" button, and type "QBI C". Open the QBI component worksheet. Is there an amount on Line 1?
If not, go to your Schedule C (or E or F) and scroll down to near the bottom to see the QBI worksheet and you should be able to figure out what it is doing.
