A client has received notices for 2020 and 2021 claiming that the charitable deduction was incorrectly calculated and increasing the tax on the return. I tried calling ProSeries yesterday to see if this issue had been reported and after a very difficult phone call was still not sure of the answer. By the way, no follow up survey about the support call was received. Has anyone else had a problem with this?

Hi Vicki, I have not encountered that yet, and I still have some to do for 2021. In the past, I thought Pro Series professional did a good job on this, but I will keep my eyes open. Thanks for the information.
