How do i attach other state forms to vermont tax forms?

vermont resident has ny income, for the credit for other income tax paid needs copies of ny forms. I can't find a way to do that?

You need to print the other states returns and scan to your computer as PDF.

Attach the PDF's to the Vermont's return from within the Vermont's State Program. Under the E-File Menu "Attach PDF Files".

Or.... print to PDF and then do the next steps like @JRC said
