Electronic federal estimated tax payments

I marked the electronic federal estimates for efiling and have bank info entered. Transmitted return, and thought all was good, but now when I go into the return, it has errors on the electronic estimated tax payment check boxes. Now I am worried the tax estimates will not go thru.

Its just because the date for withdrawal has now passed, its showing up as an error, its been reported to development.

It was transmitted fine. You can call the phone number on the 8879 and see if the payments are scheduled if youre worried about it.
