CA State Return Got Stuck on "Sent to State"
go to the EF Center - highlight the "stuck" return then go to E-File>Electronic Filing>Update Acknowledgment Status (not Receive Acknowledgment)
see if it pulls through - if not then it's probably truly not processed by the state
