The Balance due on the 1040 is 60 yet the letter summary and the voucher is for 124. Any ideas on why the difference?
That usually happens to me when I print the return, notice there's a de minimis 2210 penalty that I eliminate, and then forget to reprint the 1040 Page 2 at the same time I print the voucher.
