We have been encountering this issue for a while now. You can eliminate it by going into your updates folder and deleting everything but details.htm. Once that is done relaunch the program and it will only ask you to sign in once.
You can locate the updates folder under C:\Prowin17\Updates

So ProSeries will not be able to fix this from their end? I am not sure how to locate the "update folder" you are referring to.

Use Windows Explorer to look around My Computer. Look for C: > ProWin2017 > Updates
