My tax summary letter is only printing one state summary. The client is filing a federal and two different state returns. I tried copying the state summary in the edit mode but the result was the same state printed twice. Any ideas?
My client letter prints out all the states. I just use the default letter, are you using a custom letter or did you make any changes to the letter? If not, you can reset to default.
