Can a surgeon who is required by her employer to make bi-weekly trips to an offsite clinic allowed to deduct the extra business mileage incurred? Where is it reported on Form 1040?

Ok, go ahead and deduct it, but I think you are going to have trouble finding someplace to park it since employee business expenses disappeared along with miscellaneous itemized deductions a few years ago now.
