I just notice on form 8995 that I have four rental properties but on two of them it shows the person name instead of rental property.
How do I change the title to say rental property instead of his name. His name is on the second line but want to say rental property on line one.
Please advise.

Select the Schedule E worksheet then scroll down to the QBI Smart Worksheet (after line 22) change info on Line B
