Hello,
I have filed 1120-S for Federal and State of Florida on 3/14. Federal was accepted right away and I am waiting for a State of FL still, it's been over 72 hours...
Is this normal ?
Anyone had experience waiting for state to accept this long ?

This is not true. If you have an active corporation (C or S) in Florida you have to file Corporate Income Return each year, even though it is just informational. This is copy/paste from FL DOR:
Once a Florida corporation is active in Florida, it must continue to file until the corporation is dissolved.
Reference: Rule 12C-1.022(1)(a), Florida Administrative Code
So if anyone filed FL with ProSeries and waited this long,
or waited any state for over 72 hours, please let me know...
