Hello Community,
I've looked and looked on how to report these amounts showing on client's 1099-R but sure can't seem to solve the mystery. Of course, it is a Friday afternoon, and I could just be brain fuzzy right now, lol.
Three unnumbered boxes for this retired teacher. Health Insurance Premium Deduction: 236.40. Contribution Returned: 3493.98 & Total Employee Contribution: $4461.50. The Account Number Box also has a very long account number showing. Hmmmmm.
